Mr. Arnold outlines in greater detail his team’s plan to implement multi-stage activities required to ready the reactor for start-up and the more than 1,000 steps the team will oversee in order to get the reactor back up and running including adding almost 60 metric tons of heavy water to the system and preparing the NRU for refuelling.
